For better sound quality, make sure to tighten the arm in place in such a way you can vary the pressure that is holding it. This will allow you to fine-tune how it sound, and it will sound alot better right away if done correctly.

You can see in my video that on the left harddrive, there is a plastic washer ontop of the plastic arm with a screw on it. That is how I tense the left harddrive. On the right one you can see at the lower right corner, there is a screw with a washer on it that is applied against the arm, and then used the screw to tense it.

I wonderd what that was on top of the drive arm! I will try that today and make a video!
