@ProVisionVideo hehe maybe u want to add a disclaimer to the vid then saying that u didnt get paid, coz it looks like it ;)
I train about 5 days a week, but for improving my body in general not for a specific goal like winning a contest. Currently i am reading a lot of nutrition and training articles and experimenting with supplements to figure out what works for me and what doesn't.

Goooo Ed!! Great to see life being healthy for you *hugs*

Excellent video. Why your using Novedex XT and Halodrol and competing in natural competition is beyond me. Your not complying within the WADA regulations.

@nephildevil Please explain what you mean... by the way this is not a commercial it is a testimonial from me about a real experience. I am interested in finding out why you would think this unethical?

@nephildevil Cheers - It was for a competition to win a trip to The body building Olympia and train with Rich Gaspari - I won by the way : ) However Every word is true I love their products (not being paid a cent to say that and competition is well over) I hate training with out super pump 250. Doesn't matter If someone paid me huge dollars I would never boast about a product or service unless it was the truth.
Anyway do you train? If so how is it going for you - what are your goals?

I checked the INBA regulations here in New Zealand and I am well with in them... also NZ gets a different version of some of the Gaspari products to confirm with the NZ standards so maybe that is the difference? NZ is very strict we cant get a lot of products. Even super pump has to have the labelling changed to reduce the recommended dose to comply.
