  • I would also recommend a copper blood test.

If you have suffered with anxiety for so many year's you have most likely burnt out your adrenal's causing low cortisol.

  • Have you ever been tested for pyroluria? There is a video on you tube.

Also get a histamine blood test done.

Can i ask do you feel tired at all?

Been researching anxiety disorders for the last couple of years.. been there myself

  • @justinbsgirlfriend Hi!! Not sure if you are still having anxiety attacks or not. But, please subscribe to my page. I'm posting a new video tonight. I'm goal is to help everyone with anxeity/ panic disorder...

  • yup. this is me. when the waves of anxiety comes, i feel super nauseus. im super manic. the one "good" thing is that this only brought out because of grad school (undergrad school in the past). so i try, i mean FORCE myself to be positive and optimistic. everytime i think positively, basically the thought becomes innately easier to summon as an outlook the next time i freak out. i hope all of you overcome this. im hoping i can stifle not shooting myself without the help of meds.

  • I have this mental disorder aswell. It's not fun to live with.

  • I like what u are talking bout just take it one day at a time and keep your head up
