A lovingly restored 19th century Savoyard farmhouse sleeping up to 19, The Retreat combines rustic charm, modern style and state-of-the-art facilities.

Set in a beautiful rural hamlet, just 4 minutes from picturesque Morzine, The Retreat is a convenient one-hour drive from Geneva airport.

The Retreat has been styled with a mix of traditional workmanship, contemporary design and original features, such as old wooden beams and stone walls. The marriage of old and new creates the perfect character chalet with a modern feel. The chalet has been designed to create a cosy, convenient and stylish "home from home" in this Alpine heaven.

The Retreat was created by Beth and Graham Smith. After 5 years of hard work on a derelict 300-year-old Savoyard farmhouse, The Retreat came to life. Since then, we have holidayed there every year, both in winter and in summer. Why? For us, there is nowhere like it. It gives our holiday the perfect mix of rural and town life and was designed to encompass all the things that make our stays feel luxurious and special.

A huge amount of love and passion went in to creating The Retreat. We hope you can feel some of that when you stay there.
