Regent Street Food Safari takes place this October when you can experience a selection of small plate dishes from a variety of top quality Regent Street restaurants.

Regent Street and its two food quarters; Heddon Street and Swallow Street boast a variety of cuisines -- literally the world on a plate, from Italian to Indian, modern European to Asian.

Many of Regent Street's acclaimed restaurants will be offering an exciting 'graze and go' experience where customers can sample many types of food enabling you to eat your way around the world. Specially priced sample plates giving you a taste of the signature dishes from the restaurants that Regent Street has to offer.

Whether you favour the classics or the more adventurous and contemporary, there is something for everyone on the Regent Street Food Safari.

Richard Corrigan's Bentley's in Swallow Street, Regent Street's Food Quarter, will be offering plates of fine oysters washed down with a glass of Picpoul de Pinet. Over at FishWorks, choose a dish of homemade taramasalata and fresh bread partnered by a crisp prosecco and FishWorks are renowned for their scallops, sample one with garlic and parsley butter accompanied by a glass of Albarino.

For dedicated vegetarians and epicurean omnivores, head to tibits in Heddon Street, just off Regent Street, who are offering visitors the opportunity to fill a small plate from their food boat for a fixed price of £6.50. The selection of colourful, delicious dishes includes salads, soups, hot daily specials and tempting deserts all accompanied with a healthy tisane or cheeky cocktail.

The Regent Street Food Safari will showcase a tempting gastronomic variety and give the opportunity to mix and experiment for an all-round taste experience all within walking distance on The Mile of Style.
