@Yanyos Not sure where you are getting that info. It is part of any physical therapy school, first thing you learn is, R>I>C>E> rest, ice, compression, elevation. Ice for up to 20 min has been proven to speed up healing by minimizing inflamation.

i felt two weeks ago off my bicycle, it did not seem very bad but two weeks after i have more and new pain. i hit my chest on the ground and my shoulder went kind of backwards, i have pain in my chest no swollen, neither the front or back i massage it against the floor for what it seems relieve but this morning the pain is sharper. and even the reflex pain goes to may arm ,i can move my arm well. but should i stop the massage.? with racket ball .
