I would love if the Monarch and Dr. Venture had some sort of connection to each other besides being nemeses. I would like to see more interaction between them. That would be WIN! Also, you guys do a great job! :D I love your enthusiasm for the show and keep up the vids!

I think the beef is like in college Rusty noticing The Monarch kept butterflies in his room and razzed him about it with Pete White and Underbheit. Being embarrassed in front of his peers super pissed him off and made him want revenge!

On the beef the Monarch has, I have an observation. I have noticed that the "cartoon" version of Rusty looks a lot like what I'd expect a young Monarch would look like. I think that might have something to do with the hatred. Awesome show, btw.

Interesting! Check out episode 2 — we talk about the possibly of the Monarch being a clone.:) I bet Rusty was "death prone" as a child, too. Thanks for the comment!

I just think it's weird that the version of Rusty depicted in the cartoon has the same rat teeth that the Monarch has, but the real Rusty doesn't. In stead of being a clone, I think the studio that produced the cartoon used the young Monarch to sign autographs or whatever while the real Rusty was off having adventures. Maybe that has something to do with the hatred.
