@FUSSYMUAYTHAI Oh really,it's not one of the first things Muay Thai fighters learn, since when ? I did Muay Thai for several years and that was one of the first exercises we did and learnt for getting someone off balance.
the point i am trying to make is that most would be muay thai fighters dont learn this very basic G-R pummeling untill they have spent much time on other skills.
I SAY IN MUAY THAI THIS SHOULD BE ONE OF THE FIRST ITEMS TO LEARN!
pummeling is fundimental to kneeing and all neck fighting . HOW EVER OUT OF THAILAND THIS IS NOT THE NORM.
tell you friends this when practicing G-R skills.
i say any greco wrestler could learn the THAI KNEEING MOVES QUICK!
@dimi887 why dont ask ur coach. id say move close stay at same level as ur opponent, dont let him push u down or back off, step a lil to the side lift and slam it wont be a high and impressive one but hell be down and u on top. that is when he locked. but normally underhooks locked before overhooks so just throw belly to belly FAST. every coach will tell you underhooks> overhooks. Overhooks is just smth that makes a shitty position a lil less shitty. i hope that helps good luck.
@FUSSYMUAYTHAI Caps lock is cruise control for cool.

LOOK AT ALL THE VIDEO`S OF SMOKER-INTER SCHOOL FIGHTS.
THESE UP STARTS HAVE GENERALLY 4 OR MORE MONTHS TRAINING BEHIND THEM.
THERE IS SELDOM IF EVER ANY EFFECTIVE CLENCH WORK DEMONSTRATED.
THIS IS EXACTLY WHY I SAY MAKE ALL FIGHTERS START PUMMELING EARLY ON.
THIS BECAUSE CLENCH IS TOO OFTEN OVER LOOKED . IF FACT PASSED UP ENTIRELY BY UN-EDUCATED COACHES . YES COACHES WHO DONT KNOW SERIOUS CLENCH THEM SELF!
THAT OUR U.S.A .CHAMPIONS DONT KNOW CLENCH THEM SELFS .
G-R IS THE SOLUTION

BELEAVE IT THIS IS ADVANCED MUAY THAI !
MOST THAI TRAINERS DONT EVEN KNOW THIS .
THIS IS ULTRA HARD CORE FOR THE NECK FIGHTERS IN THE GROUP..
THIS SHOULD BE A WARM UP BEFORE ANY KICKING OR KNEES!
TELL YOU FRIENDS ALL ABOUT PUMMELING.
FIND A G-R COACH /TRAINER TO SHOW YOU THE FINE DETAILS OF NECK FIGHTING ..
