"Well, That's Your Opinion..."

I'm sure that most Christians who have shared the message of Christ with an unbeliever have often been met with this statement:

"Well, that's your opinion."

According to the unbeliever, that solves all debate, but does it in reality? In this short clip, Mark Kielar explains why truth is truth, and why an opinion is just that.

Then why must you approve of every single comment? Why not just let them all get posted? Surely anything unwanted will be downthumbed or marked as spam and your job is done for you. Perhaps you do just sit around anxiously waiting for my comments so you can approve them. :-)

Some people have trouble controlling themselves so I do it for them. Also, I'm in the process of taking all comment voting on videos off. If someone has a response, I want to hear it rather than they just "thumb up or thumb down" the proposition. I run a discussion board, not a popularity contest. If you'd like it to be done differently, you have your own Youtube account where you can post videos and do so.

You are wrong. You speak of things with certainty that you are uneducated in. Faith is not blind. Love the Lord with all of your heart, MIND, soul, & strength. You are correct when you say that it is ironic to converse facts when it comes to religion. This is because religions are man made systems acting on OPINION's & disobedience to Gods word. You are also right about facts in religious books. The exception is the Protestant Christian bible. This book IS truth proven over & again

otherwise I do agree that "that's your opinion" is one of the most irritating phrases in the English language.

though I think it ironic to converse about facts when it comes to religion, since faith is believing without knowing for a fact. and the sacred books, have little to no facts in them.

Jesus has told us how to know the truth. If you follow His instructions then you will know the truth....

Joh 8:31 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;

Joh 8:32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free

. "If you continue in my words...you shall know the truth"

Try it...or cease from saying that there is no God and no knowable Truth.

That's right, factual knowledge only comes from first hand observation while popular opinion is little more than baseless assertion. That means you must first show me your actual god before you proceed to tell me about him/her/it.
