Today is the start of week 2 (aka day 8) which means I start over again with chest & back today, followed by abs.

Comparing this weeks performance to last week's, I can see some small gains in the numbers: An extra pull-up here, a few extra push-ups there. So slowly but surely I'm making progress.

  • Hey bro, you may be tired from not being hydrated or eating enough the past few days. It happens to the best of the X'ers. Keep bringing it & eat heaps of balanced meals. :) Will keep an eye on ya!

  • I know how you feel. Sometimes I take sleep for granted and don't get enough. I definitely pay for that the next day.
