Today is the start of week 2 (aka day 8) which means I start over again with chest & back today, followed by abs.
Comparing this weeks performance to last week's, I can see some small gains in the numbers: An extra pull-up here, a few extra push-ups there. So slowly but surely I'm making progress.
Hey bro, you may be tired from not being hydrated or eating enough the past few days. It happens to the best of the X'ers. Keep bringing it & eat heaps of balanced meals. :) Will keep an eye on ya!

I know how you feel. Sometimes I take sleep for granted and don't get enough. I definitely pay for that the next day.
