Drew Houston, Dropbox (a Y-Combinator company). Drews startup, Dropbox, is now serving over 2.5 million users. Drew talks about his personal experiences from the creation of Dropbox to growing it to this point, and the challenges he faced along the way. He champions engineering-centric organizations and noted that its much easier for engineers to pick up the business side than for business people to pick up the engineering side. He also counsels the audience to get in over their heads and out of their comfort zones to learn things. Having friends in startups is tremendously helpful too; surround yourself with kindred spirits (which is why programs like Y-Combinator work so well).
