I'm a PT, they're all really good tips but the exercise that you did before the bicycle was fucking hella dangerous. You should never treat your back that way because essentially you're putting your whole body weight on a tiny area on your upper back. If you taught that to a client you'd be sued before you could call your lawyer.
Great concept though and all the other exercises were really safe.
