This is so utterly relevant. If anyone in the US has turned on a TV in the last 13 years, they know what you're talking about. Anytime I see one of these drug ads, I listen to the listed side effects, and wonder why anyone in their right mind would take one of these knowing the side effects. My recent winner for "We'll make a buck anywhere we can" award is the new drug for growing thicker longer eyelashes. Anyway, great song, Neal, keep up the marvelous lyrical commentary on what ails the US.

Say it brother! I'm so glad that at our house we can record what we want to on our TV and skip over the commercials! How can people be SO gullible as to believe all the pharmaceutical propaganda they're being fed? Don't they know that side effects, such as sexual dysfunction, can ruin peoples' lives?
