actually there is quite a bit out there on this topic; the Dalai Lama even has a book called The Universe in a Single Atom: The Convergence of Science and Spirituality. Also, there is a huge connection in the area of psychology.

So you've dove head first into the pirahna pool :) I wouldn't expect too much serious discussion - the decent ones are few and far between from my observations. They are for the most part the bully's hangers on all clumped together just like in the schoolyard. People never really grow up; they just get older.

PZ Myers turned me off very quickly. He often takes pot shots at philosophers and it gets annoying because it's so obvious that he has very little knowledge of philosophy.
