he should have started with curls before pulldown. the other way around does not have the same effect. and i agree with the other guys who post: the form needs work.
I agree that the form needs work but no way should he have done the curls first. You should always finish with an isolation exercise to fully exhaust the muscle you are targeting. The first exercise utilizes the lats so they could have reached failure first.
this is really horrible form, especially the biceps curls. This is not nearly intense enough and the weights employed are too heavy for him to produce optimal results. It's ALL about TUL (Time Under Load), trust me I do HIT properly and it's much better than this.
