Pittsburgh's The Arondies "'69" b/w "All My Love" on Sherry Records Sh198. Later pressed as "Class of '69" to avoid censorship. The Arondies worked closely with WMCK deejay Terry Lee. This tune is from 1965 and sold around 10,000 copies.
I used to go to the No2 fire hall in Glassport Pa., every Saturday night to Terry Lee's dances. Saw these guys play '69 a lot. Was the 1st song I learned on guitar.
A Pittsburgh dance classic!

No local bands in the Burgh during this era ever ever ever played a gig with out playing this tune at least 3 times a night.
I used it as background music for my video of my Diesel Motorcycle. Check it out on my site.
This tune always sounds great.
