someone needs to invest in a welder.

Those aren't 7/16" bolts, they're 1/4 x 20tpi bolts, which requires a 7/16" socket to tighten.

Fyi the inner steel on a old water heater will work well too. Very thick wall so heat retention is good and can be had for free too.

I appreciate the practicality of this stove but, R U Really going to lug all of this stuff around in the bush?

Honestly it depends on what I'm doing.. I probably wouldn't carry this stove all the time.. but if i was going out with my family.. yep.. I'd bring it because it makes life easier. Will it go in my BOB? Probably not :)
