Making His Rounds in Kentucky

Just a few weeks ago, Dr. Rand Paul thrilled Kentucky conservatives by announcing that he would explore the possibility of a run for the United States Senate in 2010. Since that announcement, he has made travel plans that will take him throughout the state of Kentucky to speak with both current and potential supporters in order to spread knowledge of the campaign. The increasing campaign donations that are evidenced on the campaign website indicate that these plans are working.

His next stop on the Kentucky trail will take place on Monday June 15th at the Carroll County Courthouse in Carrollton, KY. While the Carroll County Republican Party will host the event, the public are very welcome to attend. This event will be among the first of many as Dr. Paul continues to communicate the classic Republican message of small government and fiscal responsibility.

These opportunities to convey the heart of Dr. Pauls campaign to Kentucky voters are vital. It is clear that the more people hear Dr. Pauls message of freedom, the more enthusiastic their response becomes. He would like to encourage Republicans and non-Republicans alike to come out to an event near them to hear a diagnosis of some of our countrys problems and the time-tested solutions he offers.

  • Don't worry he'll run sooner or later.

  • You'll never hear this viewpoint on TV, which is sad.

  • I hope Rand announces that he's running. I think he'd get more money that way.

It's like he's talking to someone and says, "I might start a business."

    "I might invest in it."

    You know?

  • This is a great format for Rand. He keeps these chats up and the seat is as good as his.
