Why does snake have a medical pouch type rig on the small of his back? It is supposed to be his CQC knife.

thats really snake. hes a pro sneaker ya'kno. his record is 53 years without "fun" ^^ and 3 days wihtout blinking. thats otacons new suit to make snake smaller too!
