Dear John Cover

So I finally sat down with Jeff to record a video. Cover of Taylor Swift's Dear John. I love this song and sang it at a small show I did with my brother and got a good response from my biggest critic: my mom, so I thought why not make this my debut posted cover. Please forgive the shoddy quality of my singing, I'm getting really sick (head/nose/throat plague), but I did my best :) I think when you connect emotionally with a song, it really brings out a rawness, so that's another reason why I chose this. A lot of us girls have boys from the past that kind of embody the way Taylor describes John Mayer. So sit back and listen, while I try not to cringe for fear of embarrassment :x
