Dude, this song is not endorsing criminal behavior. It is ironically pointing out how silly it is that the mainstream media and the government accuse Gangsta Rap of being solely responsible for peoples negative behavior.
For instance, "If I shoot up your college...Gangsta Rap made me do it." is a reference to Seung-Hui Cho, the Virginia Tech shooter, who was not known to listen to Rap of any kind.
