@collettaification More than 'somewhat' I'd say. Herb looked like he couldn't keep his dick in his pants, never worried about the obvious shit that was gunna blow-up in his face 2 seconds later and talked like a complete asshole. How women found this guy smart or fuckable is way beyond me...

@Daveycr in fact, the director made the main scientist Herb look like somewhat of a douchebag by the end of the film, showing that he only visited Nim once for a photoshoot and then never saw him again.

@Daveycr that was the point of the film, man.. that the experiment didn't provide sufficient results, and Nim was subjected to a life of pain and solitude. It's not meant to be like, "wow, these scientists really made a difference in the world".. why do you think one of the closing lines was "Chimps are very forgiving animals"? Psh.

Is this movie a joke? I just watched it.. talk about ANIMAL CRUELTY. The director of the film didn't seem to sympathize with animal rights.. they tone of this film were that the scientists were heros.. doing what they had to do. SHAME.. DO NOT WATCH THIS.
