dadadancer111, have you ever heard the expression "Don't judge others by yourself"? In fact, webkinz2490 and bigolepoop may simply be reporting their perceptions of a physical fact. That doesn't necessarily make them "pervs", but the fact that you can only see it that way MAY make YOU a "perv".
But for you education, newborns, both boy's and girls, often have swollen genitals. That's very common.

Ghost your right that diaper should have been on by now but I think the mother is new and you know how newbe's are they take for ever to get something like this done.

@Dianna469 lol.. the person who's changing the diaper is not the mother.. she's the aunt and she's newbe and single that's why it took time to change the baby..
