Steiner was so fuckin over. Talk about a tweener, as great a heel as he was a face at the same exact time. He could insult the crowd, get a huge boo, then turn around and say something they would pop huge for.
WWE fucked him so HHH could get off on feeling like he is as good as real wrestlers who worked for what they got.
