Narciso Yepes explained how, when and why he composed this music in a radio interview @drewdavis58 and until the owner of the 'Melodia', a manuscripted score purportedly by F. Sor, produces said score for scientific verification, no-one has a better claim than Yepes. The same goes for Rubira. There is zero evidence.
Why not take Narciso Yepes' word for it?

Esta composición tambien recibe el nombre de romance español o romance anónimo.

No se sabe con certeza quien lo compuso...desde luego no fué Antonio Rovira...en cualquier caso sería Antonio Rubira, que no era brasileño, era español.

Hay otros "sospechosos", como Narciso Yepes o Vicente Gomez.

I agree, this is definitely not Isaac Albeniz's style. I am also sure that mysteries cannot be solved by dogs biting each other on youtube. This song is cool remaining anonymous. And knowing not the composer, everyone plays it with their own feelings...
