unfortunately we have to deal with scum like that did he put this in writing and if he did find out who insures the moron phone them up and tell them that your gonna sue the bastard and that they will have pay for it and see what they say.anyways back to 13 year old son not that my opinon is worth much but I think his father is a good and decent man who got injured at work and the people like the doctor are the lowlife melingers Stand tall and proud this fight will be won by guys like you

My son who has witnessed everything that has happened to me said DAD you need that lawyer to help you, I agree son, however we don't live in USA we live in Canada so their are different rules for injured workers here.
Try explaining that to a 13 yr old child.
My son went to the Doc who sent slanderous and libelous reports to WCB about me when I was being kicked around like a football in my time of need, to ask him why he wrote all the lies about me and he was told that I was a malingering fake

Shouda, Wouda,Couda,- is what many of us injured workers wish we would have done. Getting a Lawyer/Attorney is fraught with DANGER. Why is it that in Canada our Government has taken LAWYER'S right to advertising away. NO INJURY COMMERCIALS FOR LAWYERS AND ATTORNEYS ALLOWED ON TELEVISION HERE, just the yellow pages and many lawyers I have called, won't accept a Workers Comp Case.
IN USA, MULTIPLE TV ADVERTISEMENTS BY ATTORNEYS PROVE LEGAL REPRESENTATION IS NEEDED OR YOU BECOME A WCBvictim..

Thank-you for your response, nice to have you on board! I encourage many other workers who have been disabled by occupation, to post their stories and stand up for their rights as we do. This is a national crisis and needs legislated changes now.
