Russia and China are capitalist and corporatist countries like most industrialized countries today. They may have some social democratic policies but that doesn't mean they are socialist or communist. China is more capitalist than america right now.

Africa is poor because the west installs and back ruthless dictators and arms barbaric militants. Africa is rich in mineral resources, and much of them vital for this day and age given all the technology we use. Weaken a country, get them caught in a cycle of perpetual debt through the IMF and you can rape and pillage those resources all you want. China is now taking over from the western bloc given their new role in supplying the world with cheap electrical products.

As I said they are poor because we are not capitalist enough.
