The Crusades were a result of the CATHOLIC religion, Bible quizzing is based on the NIV (in many cases) translation of the PROTESTANT bible (There is a HUGE difference).At the time of the crusades the church was warped, priests did everything to get money.If you read further in your history book then you will see that Martin Luther came and steered people in the right direction by saying that you dont have to pay to earn the love of God. No i am not communist, but if everyone knew what the bible said dont you think it would better humanity if everyone "loved their neighbor as themselves"??? I memorized a very important verse this year, it says "the entire law is summed up in a single command, love your neighbor as yourself" if everyone followed that rule their would be no crime, war or poverty in this world... is that what you liberal, atheists want? Crime, war and poverty???
