Its not a lag switch what it looks like is, he's downloading a small file like on utorrent or something and setting the download speed to a minimum making it a little laggy in your shots and movements

Carsons was OBVIOUSLY LAGGING like that when you were host ........his connection probably just sucked at the moment ......For example ...MY CONNECTION SUCKS BALLS because i dont control my internet traffic cuz im not the only one that lives here ... and i lag every single match (on every game , not just gears 2 ) but there will be that one match every blue moon that i get host and i get a message from just about everybody saying that im "cheating" or "lag switching " and im not
