The Rubber Soul/Revolver era was the Beatles absolute peak! Not saying anything else they did was any worse, but those two albums are the most surreal without going bonkers on psychedelia like Sgt. Peppers and Mystery Tour. Love their musicianship, the harmonies, the structure of the songs, the recording tricks... and you can listen to these songs a hundred times without getting bored with them.
