@TemporalOnline But this might make for an increase in creation of nonFDA drugs because then the companies would not get any downs... so my final solution is:

If you bought a FDA med in a FDA pharmacy, the govt+the corp will help you in case of adverse effects.

If you bought a nonFDA drug in a nonFDA pharmacy, the corp ONLY will have to help you throughout the process, being the burden of saying it was not their fault to the corp, and the corp pay FIRST.

I guess, maybe... this could help.

I believe that the FDA shouldn't prohibit the commercialization of medicines, but at the same time, drugs that are FDA approved should have a seal of approval AND I should be able to sue the company for adverse effects (and be able to get medic help for the adverse effects of a FDA approved drug), whilst if I want to try one that's non FDA, I should carry all the costs of that trial, while giving up all my rights for that choice (and FDA and nonFDA drugs should not be sold in the same place).

You know, a lot of ppl don't know that; the United States gov't owns all land whether you have bought it or not. And if the gov't decides it wants that land, it will take it from you. Native Indians & southerns know this best of all. The gov't allows you to buy the land, that helps bankers & then they tax you on that land. Don't believe me? take a real estate course...

jamie weinstein is a moron. public education is not a right but it is propedeutical to exercise your rights (a well informed citizenry doesn't it remind you of anything?). Second how are suposed to exercise your rights if you are in bad health? His idea of freedom is free foxes in a hen house
