what a load of ... AZ used to be a mecca for film-making. Now they fly OVER us to film in NM. Producers who WANT to film here go elsewhere because of our legislature's refusal to renew the tax incentive. Films bring jobs of all kinds. The law would require studios to hire a percentage of locals in order to qualify for the incentive. But our legislature felt it was more important to decide our state reptile than create jobs. BRING FILM-MAKING BACK TO AZ! Pass the tax incentive!
This is no spoof it is an attempt to denigrate an industry that has historical links to Arizona and to the THOUSANDS of ARIZONA taxpayers that benefit from it. Not to mention the TAX dollars that they pay. It is interesting to note how many "views" this has had.

Maybe if you gave Hollywood a reason to shoot here, you wouldn't be putting on display the bad examples like Piranha; and we'd be seeing more good examples like "The Kingdom" and "Waiting To Exhale", which were also shot here and curiously absent from your trailer spoof.

You REALLY missed the mark here... "Piranha" brought $15 Million toward Arizona's economic growth!
