I have to agree, I'm a tell it like it is person and I'm trying to change that a little because people don't really like to hear the truth, it can be negative and depressing or it can be taken the wrong way. On the other hand when I'm happy and up beat I am received much better. Be who you want to be.

I've been completely open with people my whole life, not because I want to, but because that's the way I am. I don't however think it has helped much, rather the opposite.
One of the least inspiring vidoes I've seen on lilou's channel, in my opinion. I'm quite depressed now actually..

Not sure why you feel depressed. He is just telling his story on how being authentic has helped him be real in his life and create someone new, something true to his heart.
Sometime we think we are authentic but we are not... might be something to look there. I think when you are authentic and real..then something amazing can only come out of it.
