Now the slipper is on the other foot, and it's time for that wacky and wily weirdo to waltz on in and have some fun. Mr. 2 is one of those characters with a random additional accent and affectation when he says certain things, but given the kind of person we're talking about, it's honestly just a drop in the bucket of the weirdness quotient, and I'm mostly willing to overlook it, since they can change how he says things all they want, but it won't change the absurdity of his actions and the reactions of people nearby. It's impossible to rewrite him such that he stops being weird...he's censor-proof in that regard.
That said, they're more than a little careful not to express definitely the most obvious aspect of his weirdness as an okama. The word "okama" (literally pot or kettle) is Japanese slang for an effeminately homosexual man or transvestite, although not necessarily both. It's actually interesting to note that the original standards and practices didn't allow for the use of even the word "okama" in the original anime at all until relatively recently...so even in the earlier segments of the Japanese run of the anime, they referred to his Okama Kenpo fighting style as mere "Ballet Kenpo" instead. So you can imagine that Mr. 2 is one of those really weird characters that pushes the envelope in a number of sensibilities.
In spite of all his eccentricity, certainly deliberately so...since, well, it'd be in extremely poor taste in these modern times to have a character living an alternate lifestyle just to make fun of him, Mr. 2 Bon Clay is a good and just person at heart and he cares deeply for those who become his friends, to the point that he and Luffy are a lot alike in that friendship drives them to go beyond the impossible where weaker hearts would falter and be beaten back down by the weight of reality.

Usopp with Pepper
Alabasta Kingdom "On the eve of battle"
Mr. 2's attacks will obviously revolve around long kicks, spinning attacks, and a little aerial improvisation here and there...and I try not to use the boomerang projectiles as often as the AI is tricked into thinking it should be by changes in range. It's an easy annoyance technique, but it's far from his most effective means of attack, since he should be dancing around and knocking people silly with his silly (but effective) Okama Kenpo!
His specials are rather interesting in that one is a standard-fare extended combo attack, but the other is actually three for the price of one as he turns into one of three other Baroque Works agents to use a powerful variable projectile attack...the problem is that I don't think you get to choose, and the lower the rank the more common the attack...as near as I can tell.
Most often, you'll see him turn into Mr. 9, Vivi's old partner when she infiltrated Baroque Works as Frontier Agent Miss Wednesday, and in this form he fires a straight volley of what seem to be explosive cannonballs from a bazooka...which is weird, because I thought Mr. 9 used metal bats, rather than projectile weaponry...I could be mistaken, though, as Mr. 9 didn't really get to do much fighting, as he only managed to get beaten very quickly when he tried.
Somewhat less often, you'll see him assume the guise of Mr. 8, who was in fact Igaram, also spying on Baroque Works from the inside as one of its Frontier Agents. In this form, he'll unleash a hail of projectiles over a wide area with Igaram's Igarappappa attack through hidden weapons in his hair curls. This one is actually surprisingly effective at cutting nearby support characters to pieces, although its damage output is somewhat underwhelming, since it's spread out over a short-range arc and your opponent is only one target.
What seems to be the least common transformation is one into Mr. 7, part of the sharpshooting duo charged to guard the gigantic cannon that Mr. 0 had intended to use to destroy the whole of Alubarna, and you'll actually be able to aim and fire explosive homing projectiles. It actually doesn't end unless you fire them all, and if you're not in danger of being hit and having the move canceled, you could conceivably take your time and place your shots carefully...although you can't actually move until you're back to normal...such Mr. 2 can be called "normal," anyway.
Anyway, it's time to beat up a long-nosed sharpshooter and steal his goggles in order to impersonate him all the better later. Or not, but it's the thought that counts, even under those kinds of circumstances. Unfortunately, Usopp is one of those characters with way too much untapped potential in automated hands, so prepare to see a lot of Shuriken Shooting Stars and the same two or three close-range combos.
I've prepared an annotated (loose) translation of Mr. 2's (bad...but uplifting) poetry, which I'm still surprised made it in at all, since 4Kids usually excised Japanese writing altogether. I'm not really a great interpreter, though.
Very nice touch with the annotations.

@viewtifulboy Thanks for that!
I was actually on the fence about adding those in, because they interrupt the action and flow...but since annotations are entirely optional, it shouldn't be a problem.
Plus, if there are any people out there like me who would want to know what kind of (bad) poetry Mr. 2 writes, it should (hopefully) turn out to be more interesting than annoying, because the heartfelt scene of this poetry's utterance was otherwise completely lost the in 4Kids version of One Piece.

@YuuGiJoou i honestly think bon clay is homosexual bt is he cuz in the movie he tried hitten on vivi

@amyrose9889nenasonic It's fairly complicated and not too well documented, but he's an "okama," which in this case refers to a crossdresser...any other particular aspects are open to whatever interpretation you want, but others of his kind actually consider him a tad "butch"...so he's a bit too masculine and definitely not to be confused for a homosexual.
