@yubbers123 If it were to be real, the blade would continue in a downward motion after striking the wood rather than bounce back up. Unlike a bouncing ball, there is no collision that allows the blade to bounce back up because it cuts through the wood and thus "bounces off air". Also, the velocity of the blade after cutting the wood would be dramatically reduced due to friction. In the video, this is not the case because the blade visibly maintains its speed.
