This problem started about 2 weeks after i bought mine. its a 2005 brute force 750i with 2,252 miles, i payed $4,200 for it with a 50in plow, 2,500 pound warn winch and a set of other tires. well any way ive done EVERYTHING!!! ive had everything to do with the 4x4 worked on i just put a $300 4x4 actuator on it and i brought it home and its still doing it. ive got over $1,200 in getting it worked on, its going back thursday and they are going to hear about it!

if that dont fix it.. swap out the actuator 4X4 controller.. a black box with one big prong sticking out of it.. looks like the cdi but isnt... swap it out with one from a good 07 prairie 360.. that fixes ur prob without taking the fuse out every time the dash lights flash.

-- my thoughts on this problem--after i passed 10,000km the quad started to do this like twice a month---now this third year of owning the quad it does it more frequently--when i go into an area where i haveto go forwards and back several times in a row ,like a difficult turnaround -- then the malfunction happens-//-everytime youre stopping the device resets the cluch position as it should - multiple actuations in a row seem to cause the issue to happen-serviceing the device with lube may fix it
