When I make the tortilla thongs I fry themm and put in a big ziploc bag while they're still kind of moist and then put in sugar and cinamon and just shake the bag up! I think it's much easier and is awesome!!!:)

my mom makes a similar salsa but adds mangos not apples. sooo good. im trying your way next! also does the chips like yours. another way too, pizza dough (more starch :/) but so good!
