@nathanallan1 Thanks - I tried swapping in 2 freshly-desoldered CIA chips tonight but it didn't change anything. Fortunately I have a working SX-64 lying around so I'm going to swap in the power supply to see if that's the problem.
@erwinvb09 It was a bad PLA chip - I tried to include a link to the AtariAge forum thread but YouTube doesn't like the link for some reason. Just Google "Help with Repairing an SX-64".
