  • musicians always have music just as a guide line in case...

as have i memorised it but i would never play without my music...

Even though you DONT play with sheet music... do you have a sound like hers? You are 14... i would suggest you learn to watch arrogance... musicians get cut down very fast for arrogance.

  • what magnific flutist??? what a beautifull girl!!!!!!!!

  • The entry of the flute was so subtle, it just blended in.

  • There is just one rythymic problem that needs correcting and it is a common one, I've even heard Rampal do it, i.e., rushing the first 16th note of a 4 - 16th note pattern, especially if the first 16th is slurred to the second. If you play it back at half speed, it sounds like its a 1/32 note followed by a dotted 16th, instead of two, equal 16ths. We oboists play the C-major version of this concerto and if you studied with Mr. Still, you knew how to do it right and its much better that way.

  • Amazing performance with a beautiful flute tone.

  • 5:50 umm awkward!!

  • im just gonna....you know....practice my flute i guess? haha

  • @AngelofRock1543 i don't say what you're talking about.

  • @KRISYSable Actually she does have proper embouchure, learn what it is. I've been playing flute for years. You try playing the same thing as she did. Then we'll see who's better. I've been in many concerts, and seen many, and she is by far the most talented I've ever seen. And she is most likely following the dynamics for this piece. You're probably a beginner who just wishes to be an 1/8th as talented as her.

  • Love her smile at the end of the cadenza :)

  • litle sound, bad mouthc impostation. thx god, i play better.

  • and the passion comes from where Nadia? Flawless and definitely makes a point... tell me why I get the feeling that I wouldn't want to get on the wrong side of this person?
