Its called AIRD-AG2. It can be bought from the Dock Colony(5000G) once you reach the song of Nephilim event. I can't remember how effective it is but I liked it because it reminded me of the Aerods from Xenogears

It equips on the r-alt part of the AGWS, right? I can't seem to equip anything on R-ALT or whatever.. it won't let me. o_O

hmmm...I haven't played in so long. First thing is first of course it can only be equipped on Chaos AWGS(Im sure you know this but just to make sure). You might try taking whatever weapon you have on AG-O2s right arm off. I would check this out myself but I lost my data a long time ago.
