Dear BWS, I really cant fathom your comment. This film could have only been done with English actors, speaking with an English accent, and the best British actors around. Joseph was English. Infact, I would think it an INSULT if this story was ever made again in ''American.'' Besides, you should be thinking of the message of this film, not how it it is spoken. This is the first time I have got a bit angry in posting a comment. I was born in the East End and I am as Cockney as Michael Caine..

They should redo this. Don't they know the majority of the people don't understand the British accent??????

I watched this in a film analysis class, and struggled to hold back tears throughout the picture. It's such an incredible movie.

I love how John Morris's music steadily builds throughout this sequence until it finally reaches an emotional crescendo. John Williams should learn a thing or two from this guy.
