You know what's funny?
Every single time a person asked what that song was, the user who uploaded the would always reply with what you just said. Spooky

@mihaelkYeah The first one's Willy Nilly from the Ren and Stimpy soundtrack, and No Way Out can be found at vulpvibe.bandcamp . com/album/silence.

If you're using Sony Vegas I recommend you this compression (average quality, 480p):
Apple Ipod MP4 at 640x480
Click "custom" and tick "Allow source to adjust frame size" just to make sure there isn't a black margin when you upload it :)
Hope this has been of use ^^
Also, how do you do to freeze a video and then apply fx/motion to it, like you did in 1:45? Or you saved a snapshot from the video?

@mihaelkYeah He stays in that position for a couple of seconds, so I just slowed down the video. For a single frame you need to get the frame, stretch it as much as possible and repeat it for as long as you need, because snapshots really don't look good (in Vegas, at least).
Also Vegas doesn't seem to be acting up at the moment, but thanks for that advice if it does.

@xPrEpWnEdx Ooooh... *tilts head cooing* But... Then? How do you do to apply these automations to a group of clips, as in, the same take normal>reverse>normal>reverse with a zoom?
I know, I ask many questions, you can stop me whenever you please. x//3

@mihaelkYeah I haven't use it properly yet, but (assuming you're using Vegas) if you have more than one video track and click "Make compositing child" on the lower one (the button's on the left, a right-and-down arrow) you can put any number of video clips on the child track and they'll all be affected in the same way if you put effects/zooms/whatever on the parent.
By the way, it's no problem asking me questions. :3
