  • Nice one

  • @htspassion18 History informs us about the present, unless of course you think learning about the present is useless.

  • @3beepu Most obviously is an academic one, just as I sought as a philosophy major, though there are probably more. But that such a job may be the only available one does not diminish the importance of the content within the lectures and courses. This is cultural capital that enriches everyone's lives no matter what professions they go on to take.

  • yeah thats right! stop the negative comments... if ur not onto then dont watch... nice lecture though.. :)

  • This is a serious question.

What type of professions would you be able to do with a degree in "African American Studies"

  • when we said you black people are free we thought that you guys were gonna go back to africa

  • Niggerstudies.

  • Can there be a white study only?

    So stupid

  • This lecture was one of the best dealing with the subject matter of African American Studies. It encompassed issues such as gender and sexuality which usually don't get mentioned to often within African American Studies. Thanks for the elucidating lecture Mark!

  • @mocahontas077 ppl are dumb as hell pray for them
