If a diver retrains an automatic breathing pattern so that to breathe only 3-4 breaths per minute (e.g., during sleep), the maximum breath hold will be about 7-9 minutes since it is the unconscious breathing that defines body oxygenation. Most free divers have around 2-3 min for max apnea and only few are able to change their breath down to 3-4 breaths per min at rest. For more info search for "Buteyko Table of Health Zones". Learning the Buteyko method will help to get there.

10atm pressure for the eyes and the rest of the organs is not the best thing. After 50m there is no light, the air is losing the mass because of the pressure so you do a free fall. Combining all this I really don’t know what is the meaning of putting yourself in danger. And the end there is only a piece of plastic in your hands telling you what you did.
