are you making the armor your self? I was looking into vacuum forming but plastic is expensive and im not a good sculptor.

do you have any of the measurements for the slices of mdf you put in any of your molds. that would help a lot. and do you vacuum form your helmets?

I don't... I never measured anything in the first place. I just eyeballed the sizes based on my own chest. Most of the parts I didn't even draw out, I just cut them as I went.
