MORE EXPLOSION and no reverse curl. The bar should attain its hieght by MOMENTUm of the leg hip drive otherwise know as triple extension, then caught at the bottom in a front squat position- once in a full upright standing position the press is initaited with another explosive movement that also involves the legs more so than the shoulders. Watch how the olympians do it for a better example. Keep up the hard work- nice video
dat's easily 40 kg & d olympic bar another 15 kg.dats 55kg & then u do clean and press.dats heavy people. I can bench press 200 (90 kg including o bar) for 4 reps w/o spotter & squat the same.I do military press 40-45 kg. & im a small guy
Those dat say u should lift more heavyweight 2 force correct technique is NUTS.U do a workout w lightweights 2 perfect technique den u move 2 heavy. LOL
Those dat say this is way 2 light is either v. strong or BS. I clean& press 25 kg to complete 15 reps LOL

this is a bad example video.. he isnt doing enough weight to have to use his legs in the movement which is the point of clean and press
