I work for chase & this is exactly how I feel... U could send 20 people over & never get a damn thing... Shit gets old...

how the hell do you get away with that?!! My branch they hound us even when we send the customers over.. and if bankers don't get anything WE the TELLERS get in trouble for not doing our jobs!! they just fired 3 tellers in less then 1 month! We send over 10 people a day, get nothing from it and Oh they don't count!! We're not doing OUR jobs!! Not the bankers that we sent over the customers too. I guess each branch/district is different! ""Sigh""

@preppyyang That's pretty awesome!! I worked for a credit union in Orlando, FL and they made everyone make sales. we had to have so many loans, personal/business accts opened, call on delinquent loans, etc. Luckily I was a floater, so I wasn't required to make any sales!!
