  • @poshi12 You can also grind the chuck with bacon.

    I like my burgers topped with avocado slices, fresh cracked black pepper, and thousand island dressing. Always on a kaiser or a weck.

  • @surrealnumber you make an excellent point about there being less time for problems to develop with home ground meats!

  • Mix chuck and pork shoulder with all the fat on.You will have the best burgers.

  • i like pepper garlic and basil 1 clove and about 2 leavs basil and a few grings of pepper per lb if u want mustard ur fine if u dont then put salt not pepper

  • if im grinding my own beef i like thicker burgers. you dont want to under cook preground but there is a lost less time for little baddies to form if your grinding your own.

  • Yeah, like the scraps of the cheap stuff never makes its way in there. Im gonna take that hamburger with a good pinch of salt. And pepper of course.
