it is at 6:20 and we are at jonas house, nick just got ready and is on his way out the door to go and pick up jen, but before he leaves he wants to go and check on joe.
[nick knocks on joes door]
joe: come in.
nick: hey, i am leaving, you seem bumbed are you ok [joe doesnt think nick know about what happened w/ rachel]
joe: yeah, i amm fine.
nick: alright, well joe i am hear to listen if you need anything.
joe: alright, thanks nick. [nick starts to walk out]
joe: nick, wait.
nick: [turns around to face joe] yeah?
joe: there is something wrong.
nick: i know, im not blind. [they both laugh, nick sits down in a chair] now what is it?
joe: ok, well rachel came by, like you told me, and i talked to her and she was starting to cry, becasue of what we were talking about, and then i went and gave her a hug, a big long one and i just felt for her and then she went to leave and i was stopping her and she kissed me, but i told her that i love lex and that we cant be together. and then she left. and i feel so bad, i mean i think i should tell lex just because our realtionship is based off trust, and i already lied to her once about me having to moe the grass, which i dont even know why i said that cause is really stupid. [nick laughs] but nick, what should i do? should i tell her?
nick: yes, you have to tell her. but not over the phone, in person, cause then she can see that you really mean that you do not like her at all in that way, but joe you arent going to be able to be around rachel and lex at the same time cause god knows what rachel will do to lex.
joe: i know, what do i say just [stupid voice] oh rachel came over and and umh i hugged her and she kissed me.
nick: know, you should tell her exactly what happened and how it felt so wrong cause you know you are in love with her. i thinm she will belive you, just do not let her think for one minute that you have feelings for her.
joe: ok thanks nick.
nick: could luck, i am going to get jen, then we are going to dinner and then to see prom night, so i will not be back until around 11:30 cause the movie is late.
joe: ok, i am going to take lex to dinner, and then maybe suprise her with like shopping at easton [and insanly amazing really high class like outdoor mall, it has every store you could ever imagine, gucci, louis vitan, chanel, everything and it really is in nj] or somehting, i hope she will not be mad, and she trust me.
nick: ok, well good luck [laughs] have fun, see you later.
joe: thanks, you too. [nick leaves and goes to get jen]
[it is now 7:15 and joe goes to pick up lex he walks up to the door looking sharp as always =] and lex answers]
lex: hi joe
joe: hi sweetie [kiss her cheek again and hugs her]
joe: you ready to go
lex:yeah just let me grab my purse [what they are wearing is in the video f.y.i] where are we going?
joe: we are going to johnny rockets
lex: my favorite [smiles]
joe: i know, and then maybe something after but im not telling you untill after dinner
lex: hmmm, ok.
[they get into the car and he drives them to johnny rockets, they sit and they have ordered]
lex: what did you need to tell me about?
joe: ok, well earlier today rachel came over, and she told me all these things on how she misses me and how she hates never seeing me and she knows we cant be any more then friends cause of you and blah, but the thing is she had started to cry adn i hugged her, and then she went to leave and she kissed me. but i pulled away from her and i told her i loved you and that she cant do that.
lex: ok listen joe, i belive you that you love me and all, because if you didnt really love me you wouldnt have told me the truth, and i already knew everything but i didnt say anything to you because i wanted you to tell me, i didnt want to have to say something to you in order to hear the truth from you. so thank you so much for telling me. and i love you too.
joe: phew [rubs his head in relief] well thank you so much, lex i really do love you, like i mean i love you! [reaches across the table and kisses her]
lex: hahaha, well i love you too joe, thank you for telling me. and the only reason why i am not freaking out is because i trust you.
joe: good to know babe. [they eat and now they are walking out of the restraunt his arm is around her waist]
lex: so where are we going now?
