Rwanda commemorates end of genocide

Rwandans are celebrating sixteen years since the end of genocide. The ceremony dubbed liberation day was held in Kigali amid pledges by president Paul Kagame to continue his economic programme. Kagame led the rebel movement that is credited with putting an end to the 100-day mayhem.
